Sean-nós dance course for beginners. Starting 7pm.Wed.Jan 19, here at Tigh Roy, Ionad Cultúrtha. Cost. €80. This is a repeat of the course we gave before Christmas and due to it’s sucess, have been requested to repeat. All you need to bring is a comfortable pair of flat shoes, it’s great fun and if you are trying to loose a few pounds after the excesses of Christmas….. need I say anymore

should I put taps on my shoes?
No need for taps or special dance shoes, the whole idea of sean-nós dancing is that you just get up and dance in whatever shoes you are wearing at the time.
